Environment

Pallion stands at the forefront of the industry, setting the gold standard for environmental leadership. With the world’s largest eco-conscious refining production facility, we’ve drastically reduced reliance on traditional methods. Advanced technology processes have superseded outdated techniques, resulting in remarkable reductions in waste and water usage, all while achieving zero emissions.

Pallion Considerate® Precious Metals Sustainability Report

Pallion’s annual Considerate® Precious Metals Sustainability Report details the group’s ESG initiatives for the coming financial year in accordance with the Pallion Sustainability and Responsibility Charter. The Pallion Considerate® Precious Metals Sustainability Report is prepared in reference to the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards.

Pallion Modern Slavery Statement

Pallion is pleased to share its most recent Modern Slavery Statement. Pallion is committed to operating responsibly, adhering to the highest ethical standards, and not tolerating any forms of slavery in its businesses or supply chains.

Responsible Metals

Pallion entities are fully compliant with the LBMA, OECD and World Gold Council Conflict Gold Policies.  All precious metal issued by Pallion is sourced in a way that does not cause, support or benefit unlawful conflict, or contribute to serious human rights abuses or breaches of international law.  In addition, the Pallion refining division is subject to annual independent Conflict Metals audit.

ABC Refinery is committed to the conduct of its business to the highest standard to ensure that all precious metals come from legitimate and ethical sources and do not contribute to money laundering, terrorist financing practices, human rights abuses and conflict.

This means ABC Refinery conducts Know Your Client and supply chain due diligence practises consistent with the highest standards in the precious metals industry.

In addition to its requirements under Australian law, ABC Refinery’s sourcing procedures are consistent and fully compliant with the LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance and the Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.

ABCOURCE™

ABCource™ is ultra-premium precious metal product produced by Pallion that satisfies strict tracing of origin criteria – not just in respect of its sourcing but also throughout the entire production chain. ABCource™ metal is sourced from suppliers that adhere to the highest levels of environmental, health and safety requirements.

ABCource™ metal is quarantined at the point of delivery to the ABC Refinery and throughout the production process through the use of dedicated crucibles, bespoke laboratory practices, and segregated refining processes.  ABCource™ metal is subject to annual independent processing audit.  ABCource™ metal products are currently available in cast bars, minted coins and tablets as well as 999.9+ purity granules.
