Held every two years, WorldSkills Australia provide vocational skills development through competitions
Pallion and Palloys are proud to have partnered with WorldSkills Australia, providing precious metals, equipment and knowledge in recent rounds of Regional and National WorldSkills Jewellery Competitions.
WorldSkills Australia provide vocational skills development through competitions held every two years. National champions may then be selected to represent their country at WorldSkills International Championships.
The 47th WorldSkills International Jewellery Competition was recently held in Lyon, France, between the 10-15 September 2024. Australian Jeweller Mitchell Rigney was selected to represent Australia in the Jewellery category.
Congratulations to Mitchell who received a Medallion for Excellence which is awarded to competitors who have accumulated a certain number of points on the scoring scale during their trials.
