Sales & Client Services Executive

Pallion entities offer the following services: Bullion, Refining and Minting; Casting and Jewellery; Fabricated Metals; Findings and Vaulting.
  
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Client Services Executive to join our Pallion team, based in our WA office. You will be responsible for providing ‘First Class’ customer service to all customers who visit or contact us by being energetic, attentive, and welcoming whilst maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge and service.
  
About the role:

• Assisting and providing clients with knowledge in purchasing, selling and storing precious metals. 
• Provide exceptional service with all clients, network and build upon sales opportunities that are presented.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction of products and services. 
• To perform Sales and Account Executive responsibilities to drive turnover and margin for ABC Bullion precious metals
• Outbound sales liaising with existing ABC Bullion customers.
• To represent the business as the main point of contact via phone, email or face to face interaction.

About you:

• Previous administration, account management and sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer queries
• Conflict resolution skills, resolving client invoicing and purchasing queries.
• Strong attention to detail and a team player.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional communication.
