Sales and Client Services Executive

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Client Services Executive to join our ABC Bullion team based in the Sydney CBD.
 
About the role:

• Assisting and providing clients with knowledge in purchasing, selling and storing precious metals. 
• Provide exceptional service with all clients, network and build upon sales opportunities that are presented.
• Ensure follow up to ensure customer satisfaction of products and services. 
• To perform Sales and Account Executive responsibilities to drive turnover and margin ABC Bullion precious.
• Outbound sales liaising with existing ABC Bullion customers.

About you:

• Previous administration, account management and sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and a team player.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional communication.
• Proven success in servicing customers and listening to their needs.
