We are currently hiring for a Livadi Client Services Executive for our Palloys business, based in Marrickville, Sydney.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing administration support including maintenance of all records & completing all the administrative processes through invoicing and web-order processing.
• Taking phone calls and handing customers over to the team for appropriate follow through.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy in day-to-day operations including the knowledge of efficient processing of all orders and maintenance of stock levels, including receiving and sending out orders appropriately.
• Ensuring verification and QC of incoming stock.
