Head of Laser Cutting

We are currently hiring for a Head of Laser Cutting for our Palloys business, based in Marrickville, Sydney.
 
You will be responsible for:

• Leading the laser cutting category for Palloys and be the subject matter expert for all laser operations across the Pallion Group.
• Developing and implementing strategies to introduce laser cutting solutions and their benefits to the market.
• Leading the operation of cutting-edge machinery to cut finished jewellery pieces and fabricated precious metals and engrave a wide range of products and materials.
• Providing training and leadership on all laser operations across the group.

About you:

• Experience in CNC and/or laser operator
• Experience in Sisma & Acyss equipment and Nesting experience
• Engineering experience or a related field
• Strong understanding of laser cutting technology and its applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Results Oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business goals
