Compliance Administrator
The Compliance Administrator’s primary role is to support ABC Bullion and its staff in adhering to AML/CTF and associated legislative obligations in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compliance support for client onboarding, transaction monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence (ECDD), Ongoing Due Diligence (OCDD), and general regulatory checks.
- Act as the go-to person for Applicable Customer Identification Procedures including KYC and assessment of risk profile.
- Manage the compliance inbox, handle new client ACIP including KYC, and address escalations such as investigating PEPs and sanctions-related issues.
- Serve as the initial contact for ABC Bullion staff.
- Meet necessary deadlines for onboarding, and other AML /CTF compliance tasks.
- Contribute to a team-oriented work environment that is enjoyable and rewarding for all.
- Build excellent stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain numerous compliance registers and internal files.
