ABC Bullion and ABC Refinery were honoured to return as Gold Partner of the Gold Series Dinner Perth for the third consecutive year. This important event has become a cornerstone in the philanthropic calendar, bringing together key industry partners and the wider community to make a difference for children and families living with rare diseases.
Hosted by the Perth Gold Committee, in collaboration with the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (SCHF) and the Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation (PCHF), this year’s dinner achieved an extraordinary milestone, raising $1.52 million to fund vital research into rare childhood diseases.
Rare diseases remain the leading cause of childhood death in Australia. Despite their prevalence, many of these conditions are still poorly understood, hard to diagnose, and without a cure. For countless families, this means living with years of uncertainty, unanswered questions, and limited options for care.
The funds raised from the Gold Series Dinner will contribute to advancing genomic medicine, a field that holds enormous promise for transforming the way rare diseases are diagnosed and treated, as well as expand access to clinical trials, and deliver personalised care to children and families faster.
For ABC Bullion and ABC Refinery, supporting the Gold Series Dinner is more than a partnership—it is a commitment to making a meaningful and lasting impact, and showcase dedication to championing initiatives that advance healthcare and improve the lives of children nationwide.
